We started of as dessert vendors 4 years ago and have attended festivals, events, food shows and found that there was a gap in the market for people that had food allergies/intolerances, my wife and I are both coeliac and dairy intolerant and found it very hard to eat events and festivals. We wanted to bring good quality produce but ensure that is was available for everyone.
Our ethos is that all our food is ethically sourced and is 100% sustainable, we get all our produce & meat from farms within Warwickshire our aim is to support farmers, that’s the potatoes, meat, salad. We believe strongly in the environment and aim to be net zero.
Our dishes are Venison steak, Venison sausages, Smashed venison burgers, lamb steaks, chicken and tofu served on seasoned fries and with a choice of toppings from chimichurri, bourbon gravy, homemade mayo, tamarind and ketchup. We believe that this is a menu that will stand out due to the food being cooked fresh and made to order how you like it for example the steaks can be cooked medium, medium rare, its how you like it, presentation of the food we aim to make it an experience of the customer being special and the feel of ordering food at a restaurant and not just a food stall where the staff do not care and the is not just mass produced “cash n carry” meat, taste and freshness is everything to us and our team.
