Our story began over 10 years ago in a hill top restaurant in Tuscany, the wood fired oven was only fired up once a week, we'd been waiting all week for that night, it was to be the first of many wood fired pizzas. As soon as we laid eyes on our margherita, we immediately ordered another, after devouring two pizzas we knew we had to discover the magical ways of the wood fired pizza chef. So, we quit our day job and have spent the last decade working in some of the finest pizzerias in the country, and over a million pizzas later we have decided it is time to work under our own banner!
