Welcome to Black Pig Catering, established in 2015 by Adam Blackett. After graduating from Colchester Catering College he started work at The Mason's Arms, a country pub with a fine dining restaurant and a Michelin star. It was under the tutelage of Mark Dodson that Adam truly developed as a chef, learning that consistency and great produce were the key to success. Later Adam moved to London working at the contemporary restaurant Searcys at The Gherkin, and afterwards at the discreet private member's club The Walbrook under the expert eye of Albert Roux. Based in Essex, we cover most of the South of England and regularly cater for events in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, London and Kent travelling as far as West Sussex for Goodwood Motor events and Cornwall for Boardmasters Festival. We cater for formal sit down meals including wedding breakfasts and private dining as well as more informal catering from our range of food trucks and handmade wooden market stalls. We always strive to use locally sourced and high welfare produce, and won't compromise on quality or lower our standards. We deliver fresh, uncomplicated food where you can taste the quality of the ingredients. We have two vintage Citroen HY vans in blue and grey and a new high-end food truck in dark blue which is capable of catering for large numbers and includes a pizza oven. The fully fitted trucks can serve street food, drinks and barista coffee or anything else you can think of.  With an emphasis on locally-sourced, seasonal produce we will work with you to create bespoke menus to suit your event requirements. We offer most styles of catering from street food to canapes and are now pleased to be able to offer Argentinian inspired open fire cooking on our asado barbecue. Basement 17 was forged in our tiny basement flat in Bristol during the covid pandemic. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham. We cater for anything from intimate parties to large weddings, corporate events, pop ups and street food festivals creating menus to suit each individual event and customer.

Nick Moss, the younger (and we’ll take a punt and say more culinarily gifted!) brother of supermodel Kate Moss, is the founder of Vietvan along with his wife Tracy. Established in 2014, they are an independent caterer passionate about Vietnamese, Thai & Cambodian cuisine. With there annual travels to Southeast Asia to work with restaurants and street food chefs to ensure every aspect of their dishes are authentic to their origins. Vietvan’s versatile pop up guarantees high quality, fresh and full of flavour, South-East Asian inspired dishes. Favourites include their Vietnamese traditional banh mi baguettes, noodle salads, authentic bowl food, Vietnamese BBQ's and an array of canapés and light bites. All dishes are freshly prepared and can be heated on-site ready to serve or made to order on their grills. Guests can choose from a range of garnishes such as coriander, mint, Sriracha sauce, fried shallots and fresh chilli to bespoke their meal.  Vietvan are advocates of natural and organic ingredients, working closely with their suppliers to provide ethical and sustainably sourced produce. Specialising in weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and office lunches, they work with a large number of commercial clients including Oliver Bonas, Pandora, Pikes Hotel Ibiza and the London/Graduate Fashion Weeks. OUR BRAND The term "Chim Chim" in Thai loosely translates to 'taste', but it holds a deeper meaning. It's an invitation to share and enjoy your food. OUR STORY We met in Bangkok in 2013, where Joe was teaching. We bonded over our love for Asian cuisine and animals. Finding it difficult to maintain a plant-based diet, Joe found himself heavily reliant on staples like Pad Thai. Thankfully, Chommy came to the rescue, introducing him to a variety of traditional dishes that she was able to adapt for him, exposing his palate to the range of flavours he’d been missing out on. It was in our kitchen that Chim Chim’s vision came to life. MISSION We want to ensure that Thai cuisine, known for its heavy reliance on animal products, is accessible to all individuals, catering to diverse dietary preferences and needs. What makes Chim Chim unique is our commitment to preserving the authentic, bold flavours that Thai cuisine is known for while offering a 100% plant-based menu. We're passionate about bringing the vibrant tastes of Thailand to everyone, without sacrificing on taste or quality.
