The brilliant Manuel and Elvira have been perfecting their wonderful street food paella for a number of years now and it’s as good as you can possibly find outside of Spain, to be honest probably better than anything you’ll find in Spain as well... The quality of the food is held only to the very highest standards using only the best ingredients directly imported from Spain; they feel paella is such an important part of the party that no half measures should be taken! It's all served out of their absolutely gorgeous gazebo set up which will form quite a centrepiece at any outdoor event, and they're able to serve over 120 portions an hour so it won't be long until your guests have all had their fill!
