It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. We offer a wide range of services and meals, and our USP is that, within reason, we can try and offer you bespoke meals and accompaniments. We do this for two main reasons.
